Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery 

We provide safe and tracked deliveries on all our products. Our goods undergo quality inspections before deliveries to ensure that you receive only the best. 

  • Average 3-5 business day production (We Handmake everything) 

You may expect your item to arrive within 4-7 working days (Standard Shipping) from the time it has completed inspection and processing and production 

Refund policy 

All sales are final. In the event you receive an incorrect item or size we accept exchanges for the correct product. If you receive a defective product we will allow an exchange for a new product. 

By Any Means Collection 

  

Once the merchandise has been deemed eligible for a return, The By Any Means Collection   will refund the customer the amount spent on the product (not inclusive of shipping and handling fees). 

Also, the customer has to do his due diligence to ensure that the good is returned safely to The By Any Means Collection 's manufacturing outlets with a valid tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the refund will be revoked and the item will be sent back to the customer.  

The The By Any Means Collection  asks.... 

In order to complete your return, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.  Also include your order ID, phone number, email address and shipping address if different from the original order to lace4bam@gmail.com Upon receipt of returned items,The By Any Means Collection  will contact you to confirm your exchange needs or refund. 

Refunds will not be given for any items that are: 

  • Not returned in their original condition; 

  • Not purchased from the Company and/or Site; 

  • Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Company error, or 

  • Returned more than forty five(14) days after the date of purchase. 

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:  

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to the customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed. 

Exceptions 

The following types of goods may not be returned: 

  • Gift cards 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, processed, and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item, at which point we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your refund is approved and processed, within fourteen (15) business days, you will receive credit for your purchase in one of the following ways: 

  • Store Credit 

  • Electronic Gift Card 

Please note, when a product is out of stock we will issue an electronic gift card for total amount of product paid for. 

If you do not receive your credit within two weeks of its approval, please email us at lace4bam@gmail.com 

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to The byanymeanscollection.com and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied. 

Please note that for refunds of items due to a change of mind, a fee of $25 USD will be charged to the cardholder due to administrative fees. 

Sale Items 

Only the cost of regular priced items will be credited.  Sale items are final sale. 

  

Faulty products 

Please email us within 14 days of receiving the product with a picture of the faulty good. Once verified, our team will contact you with the option of either a refund or an exchange. Shipping costs and all other applicable charges will be covered. 

Lost Packages 

All orders placed on The By Any Means Collection are dispatched via insured shipping methods. Items lost in transit will be refunded or reissued only once the shipping courier confirms the package to be lost.

Incorrect Addresses 

Please contact us within 48 hours via email at lace4bam@gmail.com if you have made an error keying in your address. Do note that we are only able to issue you a replacement if the item has been returned to us in good condition. We strictly do not tolerate refunds in this scenario. Shipping fees and taxes will be incurred by the buyer. 

Payment Methods 

By Any Means Collection  accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal.  

Currency 

All prices for merchandise are stated in U.S. Dollars.
